Task

Replace group chats and paper lists: every staff member sees their own tasks, while the owner gets a live view of stock, workload, and who's on shift.

Our role

Product, design, development and launch. The app is used by the resort staff.

Solution and flow
  • A team activity feed filterable by tasks, inventory, and people
  • Tasks with deadlines, assignees, and overdue status
  • Inventory by category with low-stock flags and parcel tracking
  • An on-shift team view with live status dots and one-tap calling
  1. Event feed: everything happening in the team, filterable by tasks, stock and people.

Result

The owner checks the resort's status from a phone in seconds: who's on shift, what's overdue, what's running low.

Limits

An internal tool: there is no public demo, and personal data has been removed from the screens. New modules are added as the team needs them.

Want to replace work chats and paper lists in your own team? Describe the process and we will figure out how to bring it into one app.
